Live 360 was conceived and launched as a solution to event organisers having to manage a huge amount of information around their F&B traders, often across multiple spreadsheets utilised by different teams. We identified the business need for it as a differentiator for our service, and consulted relevant inducstry professionals to concentrate our efforts of delivering the most importand information in a stable platform.
Users could access:
- Event lineups, across different pitches, locations and dates
- Supplier information, logistics, social reach and menus
- Documentation for all traders, organised as needed
I led the design across all stages, from market strategy and initial user research through to design and prototype to product marketing.
Following a successful first season, used across music, sporting events and stadia – the team is now engaging in developing further features.
