Between late 2018 and early 2019 I worked with Allplants to build their product design capabilities, developing their design processes and design language.

They had started out on Shopify, using Recharge to manage their subscription model, and were interested in developing their offering into new ways to access the product.

There were also significant opportunities to improve the acquisition funnel, and the user experience of the account management area for existing users

Allplants went onto greatly extend its investment and the scale of its operations, before ceasing operations in late 2024
